I think Riot should really consider doing something about the AFK problem in the ranked system. It seems a bit ridiculous to go through 10 promos due to AFK. Would it not be possible to add a que for teams that need a player? Lets use Battlefield for example, someone leaves… another player joins. Maybe, give the player a list of games that need filling? Keep the AFK champ the same, just a player to fill the position. Would this be to difficult to accomplish? Thoughts?

UberAffe1 votesbiggest problem I see with this is runes and masteries, Switching players would basically guarantee that that champions stats will change.
Battlefield doesn't really have that problem so the concept doesn't transition well.
FourVsFive1 votesThey could ban people from ranked for 3 days if you leave/afk a ranked game once. Will still be afkers but much less I think.
afmghost1 votesa huge problem would be the filler doesn't have to own the champion. If the player has never played the champion before, it could decrease the odds of winning.
plus, what happens if the player crashed? Who gets to play if they return?
