Teemo in Twisted Treeline

At one point Lightbringer was in three's. Which was the only way to counter Teemo. Now with no trap detection, he can wreck teams with just two or three shrooms. Build straight AP. Zero counter. I was thinking that there should be a smaller limit as to how many he can place, or give us something more than hextech sweeper can offer.
