I just gotta say I love the new Vlad. Let me share with you my experience playing the new Vlad :-).

"oh man I'm gonna hit you so hard with my E". Minion blocks particle...

"Welp at least it was just 10% of my health..."

"Man I really need to spam my Q since it's my only reliable damage..." Goes to shop to buy CDR...

"Oh wait the only thing that has CDR that works with Vlad is Abyssal/Visage. Yay 60 AP!"

"Hmmm... after some thought I'm going to build TANKY VLAD!" Goes to shop to buy health items

"Oh wait I don't do any damage because everything is nerfed, my kit isn't very good and my I need CDR to use my Q enough to matter..."

"Hmm what if I go sunfire/frozengaunts/undying?"

Problem solved. kinda...

Next step TEAM FIGHTS!

"Oh man I'm gonna ULT THEM ALL and then use my E to do some sick damage!" Uses Ult then hits one champ with E then dies because E took 10% and the Ult isn't going to heal for another 5 seconds.

"Well at least my team did more damage!"

End of Game I can't peel, I can't do damage, I can't really do much but Support... Support Vlad op...kinda...

Vlad's dead. You'll never see him in competitive play again. There's no way riot know what's best for him after ruining him like this. They clearly had no clue how he was supposed to be played or what he was capable of. They never had any notion or concern about his identity, and the more changes they make, the more scrambled it's going to feel. They may as well remove vlad from the game before they make the mistake of changing him further, not that the new vlad is even similar to the old one. His place in LoL is lost forever.

I keep getting told when I'm playing vlad that I'm super OP or strong. I don't understand why because old vlad I would have did much better than I did with new vlad in those matches. They shifted his power from his q to his e and his ult does feel really weak. It also hurts because a smart player can just avoid his e and wait 2.5 seconds to avoid his burst q.
