I wonder when Rito will grow a pair...

Remember Master Yi's rework? When they nerfed his all normal skills reset because 100% was too strong? Yeah, Katarina is still going back and forth on having reset on ult or not while still reseting all her other 3 damage skills that not even deal insane damage with no cost and low cd, it also reduces the damage she receives.

Not only she has the best assassin/dps potencial in the game, she also has the second most bugged ult in game after all the fixes on Jarvan IV, Gnar and such, but contrary to all other bugs currently known like Poppy's ult not ignoring outside damage, and Shaco's ult (a kaleidoscope of bugs, new ones and old ones coming back every now and then), all of Katarina's bugs work on her favour, for example, her ult can be triggered against AND deal damage to invisible champions, her ult throws more daggers than intended and sometimes can't be denied by polymorph.

I remember a red saying that "Katarina's ult was viable and balanced because of the 30 daggers instead of 10 bug", yeah, sure, tell that to Kennen, whose ult don't even come close to the 3.5k damage dealt to 1 target by full build Katarina.

tl;dr The fact is, Katarina is overpowered, but at same time she is Riot's propaganda girl as the sexualized symbol to make 12 year olds and fetish nerds play the game, so Rito refuses to nerf/rework her. She is not even fun to play with, she is a pubstomper that people only play because they want to win games more easily.
