New Camera Lock Screen Was A Good Try, But...

I assume the new camera lock screen was implemented to help the locked screen players who struggle on the red side due to not having as much view of the bottom side of their screen. This was a nice attempt, but it's not good enough. Having a bit more screen to view towards your opponents helps, but what we REALLY need is the ability to place your action bar either at the bottom of your screen(where it already is), or at the TOP of your screen. That's what we really need, and I honestly can't believe there's no option for that yet. I know every single ADC in the world that prefers locked camera would agree with me, because getting red side as an ADC/support and playing locked camera is the worst thing in the world. Any comments saying "welL den pl4y unl0cked scre3n n00b!" is going to be disregarded due to the likely possibility of that person's parents being siblings. Thanks for reading Riot, please add this! :)

I want Dawngate's lock control. It had a soft lock and hard lock. Soft lock made it so that if you moved your mouse to the edge it would unlock and look around.

Then we need a setting where you can set the locked view. Say I'm in lane, but pushed enough I don't need to see behind myself that much. Why can't I lock myself near the edge?

A flip of the map to being completely horizontal would work too, but I know that'll never happen. Just give us the ability to move our action bar, that's not asking for much!

People down voting are moron trolls. There's no down side to this and I know A LOT of people would enjoy the game if this was possible. No life nerds with nothing better to do than down vote a good idea. 'Merica.
