Zac was perfectly fine and fun champion, until rework hit him

What we get after this unneeded rework:

1. Win rate problems
2. Balance problems
3. ResidentBan fiesta
4. Patchfix fiesta
5. Zac mainers fells sad and depresed (champion always banned, with future nerfs he be unplayable at soloQ, and champ not fun, compared to old Zac)
6. Pro-prayers calls new Zac "CC-cancer" on stream.
7. Top line Zac is gone
8. Full tank one and only truly viable build
9. New zac just not fun to play, or play against (especially against)

Also RIOT calls Zac is not a diver, a champ with most iconic "dive" ability in whole game. Just move him to Divers category and cancel this messed up rework. Solve all problems at one move, make everyone happy.

Zac was balanced from bronze to challenger. He never caused any problems in solo Q, hight elo games, or LCS.

I`l better play my favorite bubble with boring Q, rather than see this post-rework abomination in the game
