Shen compared to other champs

Veteran player here since beggining of game .. and what i tend to see is when i play on top from some time now is that i often loose my lane and its not due to inferior skills but lack of scaling.. Than i realised that stats with hp pool amout lower than eveyone else even, some ADC and his hp per level is not that much 85 as much as some adc like for example get .. Ever since lethality and true dmg rework came its not possible to protect lane + with this new lower and almost 0 resists on tower demolish takes it down like butter.. MY concerns about is that he needs a buff .. buff to hp pool and hp per level 540 + 85 per level is digustingly low thats 2070 at 18 lv flat thats lower than MOST champions EVEN ADC flat at 18 lv .. Also his armor is low for tank too . My suggestion is his flat amor to be increased by 3 or 4 and his hp pool 580 + 90. Ever scince taunt dont reduce dmg by 50 % while enemies taunted taunt is suicide when engaging into team as master yi true dmg vayne true dmg yasuo with PD and infinity - tue dmg .. At this state you cant play shen as tank because sunfire is low and uses for 1 item it does not give good burn dmg its slow to build and easly destroyed even with serrated dirk witch cheap af .. with so much true dmg and lethality and armor pen items that are so op ever since reworks for example mortal reminder 25 % to all armor thats 3 items for amor gone to waste that ive build wich cost like roughly 1200+2500+2500 = 7200 gold mortal reminder half the price .. not fair and not profitable to build tank .. shen has no farming tool only q for 3 hits that you must also possition behind enemy so you can get bonus dmg and attack speed other wise dmg is trash.. that makes him farm items slower than other top laners and that items that you just farmed 30minutes even more become usless when adc puts mortal reminder with is being farmed for no more than 10 minutes The other problem is that if tank build not good now you cant scale dmg because shen is not dmg type hero .. I think his scaling should be buffed like atleast hp pool and hp per level to have a little chance of survive to league of true dmg like ignite penetration lethality and so on.. Its not going to be op because the only thing that scales from shen hp is his taunt with does physical dmg witch is 125 + max to 200 from hp items 325 with flat armor to reduce 35 to 40 percent thats no more than 200 dmg and his passive barrier that scales not that much like 10 to 14 percent poppys shield scales double 30 % of her max hp .. so even with that its not gonna change anything but his sustain to stay alive witch a tank should have .. his Q is all magic dmg and doest wonders only if blade collides tru enemy and the enemy has to have high hp pool beauce its % max hp W is non scaling ability with very long CD that you can stop once or 2 times per minute brainless garens Q or gps q or vaynes last silver bolt that does true dmg and with such high attack speed its usless to try to do so also it doest not block some things it should but ill be fine with that as long as scalings are fixed ultimate also scales only from ap big time witch is ok but ult also was changed from number to number based on his missing hp .. Biggest problem is his scalings to hp pool and regen build hp lack resists, build resists lack hp gets destoyed with lethality and true dmg mortal reminder .. build dmg get outscaled destroyed .. Not to mention nukers in game fucking 2 shot eveything due to lack of magic resist items that can actually help you stand up to neekos nukes or zoe and so on ... I very little belive that riot will do something about it becuase is one of the first and oldest champs, and now they tend to do everything noob friendly and focus on new stuff leaving old behind to decay
