The Single Most Greatest Idea Ever Presented

Hello fellow summoners. My name is SimmerYourTits. I have been a proud member of this addictive game since the start of Season 3. I am currently in Silver IV and find myself constantly faced with numerous trolls and negative players who purposely trash a game for me. I am sure many of you can relate, especially those in lower ELO's. Here, I must ask you a question and plead that you answer honestly. How many times have you joined a lobby, say your first match of the day, and you are a top three pick in champ select. You feel confident that you can obtain the role you please as it is draft order; and so you pleasantly inquire to go your favorite/best role; for the sake of argument say that role is ADC/Marksman. All of a sudden the fifth pick individual types in to the champ select: "ADC OR FEED!!!". Rapidly your blood boils, your temperature rises, and you feel the sockets of your eyes ready to burst with fury. You politely ask that person to choose another role that is not yet taken only to be greeted by, "ADC OR FEED I SAID!!!" You're ready to insult him/her, ready to lash out at how his toxic behavior ruins this community. But you can't..it's his turn and he instalocks Ashe ADC and you have seconds to determine whether you want to bear the punishment of LP loss and the time penalty for dodging. Your fingers begin twitching as the countdown continues...3...2...1...you exit out of the game in order to avoid the guaranteed 15+ LP loss. You feel aggravated and defeated, someone just determined your future for you and cost you 3 LP and 6 minutes of your time. We've all been there summoners, and it hurts. Hurt no more, I have found the solution.

I recently found myself in the all too familiar spot. I had just dodged and experienced a 3 LP loss which put me just below the one win threshold to get into promos (so I needed 2 more wins). In my anger it dawned on me; what if Riot put into place a voting system, a super majority voting system during champ select that has the power to essentially kick that toxic player from the champ select, so that the well behaved individuals aren't penalized from dodging a guaranteed loss? Think about it...the super majority of four players ensures that this newfound power is minimally abused and greatly deters any player from choosing unorthodox roles that otherwise clash the traditional Five Role concept of the game. If someone decides to last pick instalock, say for the sake of arguing, Sejuani ADC/Marksman, after the second draft pick already chose ADC, the four players unanimously determine that Sejuani's decision was both selfish and toxic and ta-da, kicked and punished by the 3 LP loss and time constraint. Think about it fellow summoners! The concept will rarely, if ever, permit an unwarranted four man vote because the chances that four people are each malicious and toxic towards one other individual is significantly less than just that one individual actually being toxic. Think of it this way: How often is it that you are the only member of your five man team that is not toxic? Rarely if ever. However as experience proves, the chances of one individual being toxic within a five man group is virtually guaranteed! (At least in lower ELO's).

All I'm saying is this could be a paramount solution to an ongoing problem. Please, give me your thoughts, and if you like this please help me in spreading the word and maybe, just maybe, with a little bit of Lulu's Pixi Dust, we can get Riot to understand our concern and take action against one of LoL's oldest problems.
