I dodge a ranked match cause I forgot to check my summoners for jungleing. I didn't want the rest of my team to get a loss.

Edit: I noticed I had the wrong sums in the loading screen. I choose to dodge the game so that they were able to remake the game.

If he is sometimes toxic in chat, this could be the offense that pushes him over the edge and flags him for review.

Although if the guy is willing to DC and possibly be labeled as a rage quitter and punished for it, only so his team doesn't lose lp, I doubt he's a toxic player.
