Muting PMs in game

I'm not sure where else to put this, but I'd really like to see an option to be able to block or mute client pms while you're in a game. Its easy enough to disregard or ignore regular chat, whether you don't look at it or mute your team and all chat; but pms are a little pesky. Nothing that can't wait until after game.

Thoughts?
