Why am I being matched with ranked players?

Many people complain about the matchmaking system in normals for people who haven't reached level 30, because of the amount of ranked players who are in the games as premades with lower level players. I found this annoying, as in most of my games the other team would win because they had a player who carried or my team won because our ranked player carried; this happened especially from level 20 onwards. From about level 25 every game I played included at least one player who was silver/gold in my team. I thought this was happening because I wasn't a good player.

This is my first account, my win rate is low (about 44%), and I'm an average player for my level. This past week my games have included more and more silver and gold players on both teams, until yesterday when I was the only player who wasn't silver or gold (at this point I was level 29). Every game after that everyone apart from me has been silver/gold and because of this I am yet to win a game. I don't have the runes, knowledge, or skill these players have and in most of these games I can't put up any kind of fight against them. I tried a game of aram today (as I'm scared of trying normals again after yesterday) and it was full of gold and silver players. This is happening in all game modes, and I am yet to win after 8 games. I'm also finding the players in these games extremely nasty and unhelpful, so I'm desperate to play with my own level of players. It's driving me insane!

Is anyone else experiencing this? Why is this happening? and does anyone know how I can get out of this hellish streak of games?
