I love Ashe and have played her a lot. but a few months back the nerfed the crap out of her. they shortened her Q time and sped up the cooldown on it once it had stacked up so you have no time to actually target anything. they slowed her shooting speed, and now they have messed with the masteries. I used to have a high kill and assist ratio with her but now with the new things they have done i'm getting killed in 3 hits by everybody! I went from games like 15/6/23 to 0/14/0!!! Riot whatever you did you screwed her up so bad she can't take a hit and she can't hit anything!

Ashe brings utility and cc not damage...and with 0 burst her whole strength comes from permaslow kiting. Adcs shouldnt have high damage, burst, mobility AND CC all at once (just look at vayne :/). Ashe is good, just need a team to sinergyze.
