Diana is a little strong?

Seriously though, her damage is fairly high since she's an assassin, but tanks counter burst, and burst counters sustained damage, which is what beats tanks.

It's like Fire Emblem.

I have seen plenty of fed Dianas and literally never saw her doing something like this.

in addition diana has a ton of pen, dealing nearly true damage, which any other ap mid laner can do.

edit - if paused at the right moment, we can see vlad has 22MR (zero runes, masteries, items) leading to her dealing true damage. so her total W, Q and R damage was more than vlads ~1700health.

in addition, the kill was only worth 109gold, indicating you were on a death streak greater than 3.
