Karthus Q autocast

I tried Karthus about a year ago and was instantly turned off by the autocast on his Q "Lay waist". Recently I have been playing with Karthus some more and having a good time but the autocast is still driving me crazy especially since it can't be toggled off in the key binding menu. Looking at previous posts about this people have just responded by saying to get over it and to stop being bad at the game but I think this is a real issue with Karthus and autocast should not be forced on people who don't want to autocast. If there actually is a way to toggle it off please reply and let me know because I have just tried and failed. Making the move to autocasting is not for me no matter how pro it makes you feel.

Dont play cass then, you'll be "turned off" as well.

The Q would be terrible if you wouldn't autocast with it anyways, since its strength lies in spamming it as quickly as possible during fights. Karthus is probably not the right champ for you if you don't auto cast, just like Cassiopeia.

its easy if you consider it follows your mouse the purpose is to potentially spam it since deciding where your Q goes takes to long and isnt as powerful early game karthus is one of my mains if you dont like auto casting then play someone else theres no way to shut it off its not forced on you since you choose to play karthus and its not a new thing since his vu its always been that way since release if you like aoe ap champs id suggest heimerdonger same play style but no global ult also stay away from cass she also has a karthus style q ment to spam

also its not a git gud thing but if you like karthus you like what he does then get over it his q is apart of his kit and his kit hasnt changed since he was put in noone forces you to play him so dont hate on one aspect of a champ and it drives you crazy then dont play em
