Bringing back Ranked team

When ranked flex was created, the express written rationale was creating an environment where teams would behave more like an actual team, that is, coordinated, respectful, and cooperative. With that goal in mind, can ranked team be brought back and improved? I'm not sure if that ship has sailed already, but I do truly believe that ranked team was the closest that league of legends for normal players became similar to actual league of legends. If ranked flex is intended to be a game mode dedicated to more coordinated play, why not instead use a game mode that is actually designed by nature to be a coordinated effort. Here's the thing: in ranked flex you can queue up as one/two (already solo/duo for that), three (there's technically already twisted tree line for this) no four man queues (prevented as of this moment in time), and 5 man queues, aka ranked team. If it is possible for riot to reinvest time into ranked team and try to weasel out the issues it had (people messing around, smurfs, insane matchmaking) I truly believe ranked team can be a very popular mode if given the chance.
