Mantheon Buff I thought of

Seeing as how Pantheon is strong early game but can fall off late game, I thought of a way to buff him but in a way nerf at the same time. His W can be cast to target location/Enemy target, Giving him an escape, at max rank it can be toggled to do an AoE stun but cost 3x the mana, instead of AP, it can do health as damage. His ult should have more jump range.
