Lifesteal Gnar

Hey I had a great game as gnar trying out a new build. Essentially I went 13/5/4 with a 9 kill spree.

The build was starting with a longsword and 3 hp pots + a yellow trinket to bf sword on a first back.

I rushed bloodthirter, greaves and wit's end before getting thornmail and warmogs and was going to finish it off with a spirit visage. Then maybe swap out boots for merc treds or a zephyr.
