Why does Fiora W have an attack speed slow?

Fiora:

-Passive has % health damage, heal, and move speed boost

-Spammable dash Q to easily proc passive (with an good scaling ad ratio don't forget)

-Riposte: Will stun the enemy if used to block ANY type of CC (even a slow). But if you aren't skilled enough to block ANY type of CC, who cares! Let's throw on a 50% attack speed AND 50% move speed slow. Oh yea it also blocks any damage she'll take during the cast time.

-Auto reset for E, which adds a free crit.

-Ultimate: Get 4 passive marks on the enemy, scaling Vayne passive, and a Janna Ultimate if you hit them all, because you're so skilled.

Pretty fucking ridiculous when you think about it. I really wouldn't mind all the other bullshit though, if only you could punish her somehow. But she dominates lane, and scales well.

Unless the Fiora is a complete idiot and whiffs her Riposte on nothing, you're getting fucked. An ability designed to be counter-play to CC, has no counter-play. Fantastic!
