I can't get higher than silver 1 with this matchmaking...

Everytime I tag for a game in ranked, i am queued with a spanish or french premade of 2 or 3, that just ignore all chat and feed all game long. How come Rito matchmaking is this bad ? I really tried to play all lanes, but there is always a premade ruining it for me in soloQ. Can't Rito introduce a full soloQ option ? like no premades at all ? And if someone has any tips on how to deal with premades that only flame when you ask them to ward or play a bit safer... I'm open for everything.
