Serious Issues with Mac Version

My issue is that with the new leaverbuster system it seems like the MAC version of LoL is destined to get me permabanned. At least one game every few days fails- allow me to explain. I enter matchmaking and I select my champ like normal- get everything right. My internet connection is exceedingly strong and my computer is properly plugged in- THEN when the window is supposed to automatically open to begin loading the game nothing happens. NOTHING HAPPENS- I do everything right and all that ends up happening is I get a notification that I am leaverbustered- when in fact I didn't leave anything. The mac platform is flawed and it seems like there is zero support for a mac user. I don't want to have to find a different game, I really enjoy league of legends- but now I am forced to wait ten minutes to play a match when I NEVER LEFT THE MATCH. This seems extremely, painfully unfair. I realize this won't change anything at all because nobody listens to the players, but maybe you could figure out a way to determine when someone actually leaves a game, and when you client utterly fails them.
