Is riot going to address the just plain AWFUL strength of ryze at the moment? They started to do a touch up rework that they decided to cancel and now its just left for how many months with no work on a champ who clearly needs some desperate attention? I mean his early is one of the worst as it is, but lets set that aside and go to stats since numbers don't lie. Whats up with his GOD AWFUL winrate if Rito thinks there isn't an issue with him atm?

in all seriousness hes still cancer af and theres a reason why he wont get buffs atm also he wouldnt get picked a decent amount of the time if he was as bad as you described

Ryze is a complete meme at this point, I don't understand why Riot just can't get this character right after multiple attempts, as a mid main I've tried him a few times and even though, in some situations, I'm better at combos and movements then my opponent, ryze just can't keep up.

I wouldn't hold my breathe about Ryze being good anytime soon.

In all seriousness though, ryze is a scaling champ that doesn't really pop off til ~2.5-3 core items, and with the Snowbally, stompy, shorter games riot is pushing the game toward he has been struggling hard.
