Why you do this to me? :(

Dear Riot Game,

I am a player whose ranking is in silver I. I love playing this game, until my gold promotion. Everything seems fair before my promotion, I was assigned to play with someone with gold ranking, its fine, even I lost it is fair and square, until promotion. Why in promotion I have to rank with platinum? I have played 4 promotion series for gold. I cannot win any of those. In the last two promotion series I was granted with 2 free wins. How in the world I cannot win 1 out of 6 games? I feel like Riot is telling me "Yes, we grant you 2 wins, and you will never win in the promotion anyway, cause you will be ranking against plats, and your teammates will be trolls and placement, LUL". Please please Riot, I love this game, I want to be gold. Tell me what should I do? :(
