Game crash and Leave buster... not fair

so i match up in ranked game and i got that wonderfull error "failed to connect to server" i restarted my router changed dns hextech repair and nothing.. its not the first time happening to me.. i made 925823 tickets to riot because it seems not fair specially when im in ranked to loose lp and get leave buster 5 games 20 minutes each.. My pc works just fine how can this be my fault when before got macthup in this ranked game nd got crashed i playd just fine... This really pisses me off. I thik the game its bugged and they need to fix the problem because this chrash its from them not my pc not my internet. So i ask you guys.. How can i climb in ranked or play games when they do nothing to fix the p[roblem cause its not just me i saw allot o people having the same problem. Really unfair and rude from them. One leave does not trigger leaver buster. You're not telling the whole story.

It takes LOTS of leaves to get the 20m penalty.

Game crashes , iagree same problem i already sent a report ever since this patch , on my Provisionals , ilost all game due to lag /glitch crash , never experienced up iuntil this season after 4th game play ok then after 10mins+ in to game pings is norm and fps but game glitches and ilose game tryin to restart client and fix issue same time started happenin when game lobbby's were being disbanded and no purchases in shop this is not fixed this is still bugged results , 3 provisional losses leaverbusters on a losin streak and off rank in norms until iget a response and stop seeing this occur to me ihave a god cpu so thats not the issue this patch is bad.
