Qiyana falls off hard after the 10th minute

Played a few game with her, won lanes really hard and despite having a massive gold lead the impact I had in midgame was comparatevely horrible. I understand that it's shifted that way because of the strong ultimate. But her Q is underwhelming in most regards except for the wall-infused one. Comparing her to the statmonster Akali she looks like she's from a few seasons before. Maybe it is a step in the right direction, but because there are so many broken alternatives she appears weak.
