Riot, listen up, if you want this game to stop dying, stop adding new stuff and trying to change other things and start fresh in season 6, during that time, the biggest complaint would be a rengar one shotting someone at most. Masteries were balanced back then and every single champion had a mastery that was perfect for them and their kit. Nowadays you have to make an entire new rune just to affect 1 champion, yes only 1 champion (kindred with hail of blades). This is honestly kind of sad, bruisers should not be played mid/adc, supports should not be played mid, LITERALLY HEIMER IS A VIABLE ADC...The meaning of roles have completely gone astray and i hope that this message receives enough upvotes for someone to see :). Normally I would adapt, but if a person who used to play 20 games a day can barely stand to play 3, theres an issue. Don't just take my word for it, big streamers are starting to get bored of this game too, tobias fate, gross gore, etc. Why would all these players just stop playing when season 8 began? Oh I know, because season 8 was a complete bust, ll stylish isnt even enjoying playing zed anymore. Even as a twisted fate main, (yes i know hes in an okay spot) why is it that i don't have to be afraid of a ZED in laning phase? Not just twisted fate but pretty much everyone, assassins dont get respected and are deemed as a "troll pick" in the mid according to the god of solo queue, apdo. Pretty much what im saying is that something has to be done, this isnt just players getting burnt out, this is riot not listening to their community, i'm not trying to sound like a jerk here, really, im not, but something has to be done, i want the feeling of playing 20 games a day without even getting a little bored. I know i'll probably get flamed for posting this, but i just had to speak my mind, players who played in season 4, 5, 6 will know what im talking about. This is not just a tilted rant, i'm just sad that this game is falling to garbage like fortnite. League is the best game out there and is slowly dying because of stupid things like this, please, fix this game riot, i beg of you. I want to be hooked like the old days. Much love <3 -BluCard

Oh yeah, the game is definitely dying, that is not up for debate... but WoW has been dying for 8 years... and we've all been dying since we were born... so ... you know.

Okay so the biggest complaint in the game is that Rengar is one-shotting people, but assassins are useless.

They need to stop changing things, but if they don't change it the game is going to die. Changes will happen that you don't like because there's anywhere from 50 to 100 million players. You can't please them all.

Hall of blades was meant for an assassin auto playstyle. If Kindred is the only champion that uses it, it needs tweaking, but it certainly wasn't only meant for you.

People get burnt out on games. The less you choose to adapt and do other things, the easier it is to get burnt out.

It doesn't matter whether you sound like a jerk because the forum is your place to voice your own opinion. What matters is you are objectively wrong. Especially when you say Riot should listen to your fanbase, and all Riot has been doing all season is making sweeping changes almost entirely based on things that people have asking for for years.

And lastly, Fortnite is the biggest game right now because it appeals to console gamers and casuals who are only looking to play squads with their friends. It's not the reason League is failing since the playerbases have little intersection.
