@Riot Either remove champion mastery or fix it

I should not have to go 16 kills and a decent amount of deaths in a 1 hr game and only be rewarded a measly 300 points towards that mastery? Honestly this just proves that you can do horrible and still get a good amount of mastery just by WINNING. Either make it fair for losing teams or just take it out. It does nothing but bring toxicity into the game.

Plus the fact that it always gives you the title for the supposedly main role... fighter blitz... dammit Rito, why not having a separate progression for each way of playing a champ? When I pick Quinn top I want people to know that my rank 5 with her is for bruiser, not ADC, and that I'm not picking a squishy top into a team that needs at least an off-tank...

Who's the better player?

The one who gets 15 kills per game but always loses, or the guy who gets 5 kills per game but always wins?

dude, its only 5 levels. are you really bitching about how long it takes just because you lost? the entire point is to win games with that champion and gain mastery, not lose games...

What I dislike is how you can supposedly 'master' a champion, but still be utter garbage at it, by playing that champ enough. It just adds to the grind vibe of this game.

It's like primary school, everyone gets an award no matter how shit they are, simply for turning up. Make the rewards more meaningful. but harder to obtain.

Well, winning is sort of, you know, the goal. And there is more than just kills and deaths that get taken into account. How much you participated in your team's kills, yes, but also things like warding or 'hunting' enemy wards.

Agree. Players should get X amount of points for how well did they performed in that game and not just for playing the game. I am maining Draven and it's really frustrating for me to get crap amount of points just because I lost the game even if I had 10/2/3

They should simply do something like this:

The thing is called MASTERY POINT, you are getting those points for a Champion you are mostly playing, if you do well (no meter if its won or lost) you should get enough points and if you lose and do poorly you should LOSE some points.
