I'm silver 4 rn, was B5 at the start of this season.
Personally, I think mid is your best bet. Jungle, for me at least, seems to require that your laners know what tf they're doing, and can set up ganks for you a little (ie not being constantly pushed up), or you'll be left farming and gettign dragons, which, while good, is not a carrying strategy. ADC requires that your supp isn't a dumbass, or you'll be left in a 1v2.5, which will not be good. Mid, on the other hand, is just two guys beating eachother up, and whicher one wins generally can snowball himself and his other laners.
Personally, I prefer to carry from the Support role - If my adc seems to know what they are doing (ha), I pull out a peel god (
,
) and let them do what they wanna. If my adc seems like a dumbass, I'll bring a carry to the game (I prefer
), where I can keep the adc from dying a little, and cream on the enemy. That way I am both keeping the bot lane from feeding, as well as giving two decent carries (myself and my adc) to the mid game.
Honestly, that seems like the best way I can contribute to our chances of winning.
