Ekko re-work??!
So with Ekko's new re-work does it mean that he pretty much has no passive?! I mean what good is gaining speed after 3 hits if the enemy champ can either A. get away still B. kill you.

Ekko is already incredibly safe with his E and ult. The passive won't matter as much to surviving. The main reason they're changing it is because the ability for him to build tanky and walk people down the lane. If you don't understand that terminology, it just means that he can deal enough damage and stay on top of you regardless of what you do because of movement speed + his E. His kit is too reliable. You have to understand that a champion needs to have inherent weaknesses, and Ekko doesn't really have one. You can build him glass cannon and 1 shot people then safely get out, or you can build tanky and still out damage people with the ability to walk somebody down a lane then get out without an issue.
Because he's getting other things to make up for further killing his abusive tank/bruiser builds?

His passive still provides damage and a movement speed buff.
It just doesn't provide a slow on top of that.
