akali nerf

I have encountered akali so many times and i keep losing to her because of the fact that she can avoid every attack. i think that she needs a nerf to some of her abilities she can win in any 1v1 situation and can just decimate anybody. she may have a high skill ceiling so not a lot of people do good as her but when you find that one person who can kill you no matter what it gets to be a little tilting. i would want to suggest a nerf to her maybe to her q or to her e since they feel a little unfair to fight against since she can travel through the map no matter what and her q is able to heal her even though her abilities allow her to dodge attacks from most skill shots like a zoe q or a jhin w. for her smoke i think that towers should still target her even when she is in it. i have seen a lot of people complain about it and even some of my friends think that its a little dumb. i don't think she needs a huge nerf to her but just a couple things to make her more fair to fight.
