not fair in random arranging

I am so confused and may be angry about random arranging. I knew random is kind of lucky and unlucky. But u can see the link that I tag with this once. I am bronze. Ok, that thing can make u guys think about every bronze is noob. But how I can play with team have mid lane (ziggs ) troller, and better adc (sivir gold) than my adc (Kalistar, silver 2). WTF! My friend played with me (MTP: Kalistar ). He is silver 2 and I think we should have some bronze in enemy team, right? how the fck gold in my game and he liked a boss in my game @@! My friend tried to carry that game, but it was impossible, I need fair arranging. I really need it. Fuck that game! Sorry about bad language, but I was mad because that game. I am trying to go to silver, but I can't. Because I always meet enemy player like that. My enemy team always is P.R.O team. I am really suck player, but my team sometimes is sucker than me. I really need fair in random arranging. True
