Is the tank meta bothering anyone else?

I find it really frustrating to face 4 tanks and 1 ADC, all while the tanks do huge damage still with all the updates Riot has done. Has Riot made any announcements about when they plan to tone this down?

The tank meta is giving way to the poke meta.

Better question, why do people think its tank meta just because tanks are viable in the jungle now?

It's not the tankiness that makes me mad. It's about how difficult it is to get away from some of these tanks. Some of them have dashes and are really hard to get off you. No one focuses a tank, and usually my team just moves on without me to a Squishy target. Tanks do OK damage and I'm fine with it, but unless you have an escape they stick to you really well.

I don't really see 4 tanks and 1 adc team comps all that often.

I still see two carries, a support (can be a tank, but I see plenty of squishies), at least one tank and maybe another or a bruiser.

I'm cool with tanks being equally required as an adc, and team comps with full tanks or no tanks having advantages and disadvantages.

Not to mention that there's anti-tank items and champions. Along with the common BORK and Liandries example, you can pick armor shredders like Vi Urgot . And since certain tanks that deal magic damage, picking up an item 3105 really helps mitigate damage to your squishies (how do you expect to survive direct hits if you build no defensive items?).

I don't really have an issue with tanks. Doesn't really feel like a tank meta to me. Most teams have at least two squishies (mid lane is dominated by squishies, go ahead prove me wrong), what's wrong with that? Two durable champions, two carries, and a support who can either be squishy utility or tanky. Better than being insta-gibbed by the assassin meta if you ask me.

Like you never faced tanky teams before cinderhulk...
