Cancel The ChampSelect

I know this has happened to you before, because this has happened to everyone before. You join the game, call your lane, and someone comes along calls your lane then autolocks and then proceeds to go mute for the remaining 50 seconds. One too many times have I, or a friend of mine, have to dodge and wait 1-5 minutes because someone decided to just troll. So what Im suggesting is a cancel champselect button that lets you and everyone else in que vote on whether or not to cancel the select w/o the penalty. We already have a /remake coming on the way to deal with ingame trolls, itd be nice to have a way of dealing with the inque trolls.
