riot, i have saggestion about annies T-ber..

when annie ults calling Tiber out.. she should throw out the small tiber from on her hand and making it bigger.. annies should not have that small tiber on her hand while tiber is out.. then when tiber time round out time or health bar tiber should go back to small size.. then annie should pick up tiber for some cool down reduction. plz feel free to give feed back about this idea.. or what i really want is annie shouldn't have small tiber while big tiber is out.. sorry for my english
