Riot Games, please, can you return rune Klepto. I cant play without her. This rune was insane, but u still delete her. Please Riot Hear me!!!

Thats why it was removed. The few champions that could abuse it were either op or useless depending on the rune strength.
Yeah Riot really should being it back, the rune that replaced it is currently the worst rune in the game like personally if you rune it you probably are a troll.
It was a fun rune, looking back it wasn't op like the champions the ran it could run it other then like ezreal could run other runes it wasn't the best choice. Gp is a great example of that.
