Thats why it was removed. The few champions that could abuse it were either op or useless depending on the rune strength.

The idea was good, the problem is that the rune was impossible to balance. It was only viable on a handful of champions, and the keystone made those champions completely over powered.

Actually, just remove the sacks of gold, and up each hit to 10 gold. A part of the issue was Kennen was abusing the fact that Mana pots were replaced with higher chances of sacks of gold (or so it seems), but nothing else.

Yeah Riot really should being it back, the rune that replaced it is currently the worst rune in the game like personally if you rune it you probably are a troll.

It was a fun rune, looking back it wasn't op like the champions the ran it could run it other then like ezreal could run other runes it wasn't the best choice. Gp is a great example of that.
