Ok im fucking done with League of Legends, why the fuck Ezreal with Iceborn Gauntlet works?? why the fuck would you do that that item is meant for melee not for fuking 10000 range champions Being able to slow on every ability with Ezreal? With blue builds it gives +10 AD when paired with Muramana or +15 AP when paired with Seraph's Embrace
That is very unimpressive considering how expensive and time consuming it is to get both items.
The armor is not all that useful since Ezreal typically doesn't build much if any bonus health.
The +20% CDR is honestly what utility the item gives that is the most important on Ezreal.
The sheen effect is very useful, don't get me wrong, but +100% BASE AD is not all that overwhelming. It used to be +125% which was much more powerful.
Yes, the slowing effect is annoying, because Ezreal is typically able to proc it every time, and he is already very slippery to begin with.
HOWEVER, .. that is the way that Ezreal is supposed to be.
So here is the deal, .. when you see an Ezreal buy a Tear of the Goddess, ... tell your jungler to gank him, .. and camp him. Make him useless.
He can't stack his tears when he is dead, and he will never get around to picking up his Iceborn.

Uberluz is actually cheaper. The only problem is the time it takes to ramp up the damage due to two tears to stack and a RoA to wait and charge. By the late game, most other ADCs will have outscaled E by quite a lot, so your window of oportunity with the Uberluz is much shorter.
Denims Wrath6661 votessee im not so sure about the window being small. like ill admit, if it doesnt work out (simply put), you're basically useless.. but the games were it goes OK, its actually better than the normal ez build. the burst itself is MUCH higher than standard blue, so the window of opportunity is all about having one or two of the power spikes completed. lemme make this very clear, this is not an ADC build for botlane. this is a top, or mid build. you can do bot, but you're gunna get rekt early game till you got the manamune and rod of ages with a sheen (hopefully by 20 minutes)
