The new yasuo changes are a nerf, not a buff

His shield rarely ever uses it's full duration early game.... It will now just have less up-time

I find this change upsetting, not so much that it is drastic as much it is a showmanship if riot's inability to understand how to balance their game. They clearly think this is a buff.

I request that only CertainlyT make changes to yasuo. I do not believe the rest of the staff at riot are qualified to changing yasuo. He is too complicated to play and buff/nerf.
