Champion select banning process

I find my self often forgetting to ban, or not realizing it is my turn to ban. Thus, getting booted and having to wait the 5 50. I feel your ban turn should be more noticeable. Such as a voice like "Welcome to summoners rift," that says something such as "Select your ban," or "Ban a champion." I realize there are sounds that happen in this process, but it ends up being white noise and I don't realize its the warnings. Also, I realize this is my own fault or anyone who this happens to, but dynamic que is a big change and catches people off guard. We shouldn't be punish for it.

I got punished for my game freezing during the selection process even though connection was good and it was working good during the ban pick but freezes when it's my turn to pick a champ..

Yeah i don't understand the punishment. I mean i guess its unfair if your teammates lose a ban, and if they kick you with out punishment its just a free drop. Which is why they should just get rid of the problem all together by making well in your case banning possible, but also making it hard to miss.
