1.change his e (phase dive) so that you get a reset if you get all of your passive stacks off
2.nerf his damage on his ult
3.up mana costs
4.up the health cap for his w's missing health passive
Riot is still trying to balance ekko on fitting his sustained assualt assassin role, what i think what they need to do is make him more mobile while making his damages still lackluster, so these are my suggestions.
