What is this glitch

the game was on but the gaming screen wasn't showing. I closed the lol.exe and tried to login again but I cannot find reconnect box. it only says the game is in process.

Ty so much riot, I lost my lp once again because of this stupid shit(leaver penalty). Lost once because of your stupid server went down, not granting us loss prevent and now this? Sweet mother of mercy.
