Can we please fix Garen's stupid spin in urf
After losing lane Garen can somehow solo Penta an entire team with 2 IE's and a ghostblade, needs to be balanced just in urf.

Rester1 votesHonestly if his spin didn't crit it wouldn't be such an issue. But I've only lost a couple games vs garen while winning a bunch of others against it in urf.
