Kennen has lost his spark

Now hear me out on this, I was writing my final exam essay today when suddenly the thought of came to my mind. I Thought about how his kit matches his lore but it struck me that his E (lightning rush) doesn't feel like you're moving fast enough. Just maybe we could make him move a bit faster but compensate by taking stats or duration? It would be really fun to zoom into a team at the speed of light(ning)!
