do every one get a mystery gift this year for free?

I mean they had done it for the past two years, so its right to assume we will get something this year. When would be the question, but Riot wont let us know till the time comes because they want it to be a surprise. Im sure it will be during an event (like last years Summer Event) so we will probably have to wait till another event happens!
