How to fix Veigar without reverting Event Horizon.

Expand Dark Matter's hitbox to a 300-radius area with a damage modifier from 100% to 50% near the edges. Event Horizon now serves as a method of caging people rather then instantly stunning them, and without this Veigar's kit falls apart as he's unable to land his W->Q combo. I feel that if this change was made, it would allow Veigar players to have a more reliable form of capitalizing on champions that have been caught within Event Horizon.
