if you call that love tap of a power shift 'being neutered' then you may just be a zed main. On a serious note though, this is looking to be a pretty great direction to take the solo lane Pyke nerfs. Removing Pyke's innate waveclear means nothing to support Pyke (who already has some waveclear through Relic Shield anyways) but will hit top lane Pyke's ability to keep up in farm hard. I honestly think riot did a great job specifically hitting solo-lane Pyke
