@Riot Malzahar suggestion.
Give Voidlings bonus movespeed based on distance from Malzahar, or an enemy tagged with Malz's autoattacks/abilities OR Allow voidlings the ability to leap/blink towards an enemy tagged with Malz's autoattacks/abiliites OR Assign a spawn point based on the ability that summons the voidling -His Q would summon where the two projectiles meet -His W would summon in the middle of the area of effect. -His E would summon in attacking range of the target -His R would probably summon similarly to his E.
Have you ever played an AD Malz game where you go ham on someone out of position (resulting in a kill), only to find someone else is coming from the other side of the river? You have your voidlings ready to roll, but the enemy manages to get to you before your voidlings can skitter over to assist you.
Like most pets, the voidlings have a set movespeed. But i want to just cry every time the voidling just walks briskly instead of making a mad dash to the would-be ganker on the other side of me.
What i'm suggesting is the possibility of allowing the voidlings easier access to Malzahar's intended target, instead of have to walk confusedly through and around a minion wave or just not make it to the target in time to start posing a threat.
I have read some of the recent devblogs, and that the likeliness of focusing solely on voidling micromanagement is low. But if any of these suggestions can assist in helping Malzahar when he builds AD, that would be amazing.
