DDOS/dropped games

OKay so i recently have been playing ranked soloq games and during my games i have been getting what is known as drop hacked. drop hacking is when a player DDoS's the other 5 players on the enemy team for a certain amount of time in order to win said game. Well there has been an increased amount of drop hacking going on including 2 of my recently played games where my team has had a significant lead and my internet shuts down along with my teammates before our team wins. This is becoming an increasing problem and i would like an explanation or a step towards solving this issue.
