Lee sin is now useless??

Alright guys basically this is going to be a rant. Lee sins kit became useless when they removed trackers knife/sight stone from the game which forced you to buy control wards. However, with the recent patch coming into season 9 they've limited us to buying 2 control wards rather than 3. Most lee sin mains would buy 3 control wards which is already quite expensive costing 75 gold per one ward. Basically throughout the game you are forced to buy 3 wards at a time until full build. So pretty much I'm wasting money over and over again just to buy wards further pushing us back from completing items and giving us a disadvantage. I understand that trackers knife was removed because Lee sin must've been OP at the time but now that we are limited to buying 2 wards I feel like there is really no point in playing lee sin because you aren't utilizing him to his full potential. So my request to Riot is to bring back trackers knife but make it something like a support where it requires a certain amount of whatever e.g.(gold,kill participation, time duration) until it becomes fully unlocked so you can get 3 wards or even 2 every time you recall/spawn. Please riot help us lee sin mains/jax mains out because this game is so heavily centered around the bot lane I feel as if Riot hates Junglers.
