Some of these make no sense.

Spellblade isn't going to apply twice for the same reason that it won't apply twice when you attack someone twice very quickly. It only applies to one attack every 1.5 seconds. Xin doesn't have double knockup, he has a single knockup after two attacks instead of three. Teemo: How doe she do 60% AP on every autoattack when it only applies on every second autoattack, and the on-hit damage portion of his poison has an 0.10 ratio. That means he will get an extra 0.10 AP damage every second attack. Braum's target still needs to be attacked 3 times to apply the stun.

You still have to keep in mind that to even stack the thing your going to have to Take large Monster kills. And it's on Take downs now, So Assists won't help you stack the thing.

Realistically, you will only have one person who can stack the item. And that's the Jungler, It's not like Cinderhulk where their are fewer deterrents for taking it outside the Jungle.

And it only applies constant On hit effects twice. Spell blade and other "On next attack" effects still will only be applied once.
