so when can we see some nerfs for fizz's e?

Fizz needs the Ekko treatment; his tank build is completely cancerous (as if Fizz wasn't cancer before). He can build tank and he still deals the most damage on his team while being able to safely dive with his ever-so-balanced E and the tankiness from building so.

tbh Fizz isn't that bad. Tank Fizz is worthless next to a True Tank and he can't 100-0 a squishy unless their team is simply neglecting them.

Bruiser Fizz on the other hand...
