Team Builder for ranked

Why isnt there a team builder mode for Ranked. that would make the most sense, it would eliminate trolls who dodge when they cant get the lane they are best at and puts you in last pick during selection forcing you into a lane you are not good at immediately causing a disadvantage? It would also make for more skilled and challenging lane matchups against other players who succeed at the lane they pre choose in team builder.. I mean it makes the most sense EVER thats probably why you guys dont or wont make that a feature because its actually a good idea.

What if the champion you want to pick is banned? Or are you just picking lanes? Maybe I only know how to play Vayne and Jinx ADC (or maybe I only own those two ADC), and they're banned. What are you supposed to do then? Or if your intended champion is counterpicked and you want to play something else?

Ban phase has to go before pick phase, and picks should be responsive to best suit your teamcomp. This may mean switching roles -- I don't like playing tanky supports so if the team needs a tank, I might rather jungle instead.

I think Riot assumes/encourages you to learn how to play at least one champion in multiple lanes.

But I suppose dealer's choice. If you want to play at a potential disadvantage, I don't see why you can't, provided it's implemented in a way that addresses the ban concerns.

Ranked team is sufficient to play with your buddies.

And in SoloQ/DualQ you can organize positions most of the times by chatting/negotiating (should be enough with 90+ seconds).

Well, sometimes that's not ending well but the chance is for both teams, and it helps us calmer than playing normal games where people pick & lock instantly...
